Everything I teach has a foundation in Buddhist teaching. It may look different, experimental and Western; it doesn’t always appear in a traditional Tibetan form; but it usually is underneath. The work extends into Engaged Buddhism - it applies the work to social and environmental issues as well as personal.
The work opens doorways to the Great Mother, who in Buddhism is represented by Prajnaparamita, the goddess of primordial wisdom, ground of being, Motherlight.
It is also useful to study the Buddha's teachings and meditation methods closer to the original form, to see the traditional sources for our work - from the horse's mouth.
Buddhist themes such as precious human rebirth, letting go, four loves, compassion and ethics, bigger self, 6 paramitas, will be taught. Also the Tibetan deities, especially female ones, who are often lesser known.
